Robert M. Shultz dies at 88

Robert M. Shultz, of Dallas, Texas, formerly of Chesterton, died Saturday, Oct. 30, 2004 in Bonham, Texas. He was 88.

He was born Jan. 6, 1916 in Michigan City, the son of Lewis W. and Lizzie Shultz.

He is survived by his wife, Marian (Stephens) Shultz of Plano; a son, Robert S. (Barbara) Shultz of San Antonio, Texas; a daughter, Patricia Shultz of Plano; grandsons, Robert Shultz of Kansas City, Kan. and Charles Shultz of Tampa, Fla. and two great grandsons, Austin and Devon Shultz of Kansas City, Kan.

He was a resident of Chesterton for 45 years, Rockton, Ill. and for the last four years, Dallas, Texas. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Army under General Patton as a mechanic.

Funeral services will be at noon Tuesday at Sparkman/Hillcrest, 7405 W. Northwest Hwy. Chapel, Dallas, Texas 75225.
